Cross country ski programs designed for you! Whether you have a group of beginners and want to learn the basics, or if you are an experienced classic cross country skier and want to learn how to skate ski, we have qualified and experienced coaches that are enthusiastic and ready to teach.

To The Woods 6 month Cross Country Ski Training

A 6 month recreational ski program focused on improving your cross country skiing and getting you outside in the winter as part of a community. 

Options include morning sessions, late afternoon sessions, evening sessions, indoor and outdoor only options. If you are not interested in the skiing portion you can sign up for the dryland training as a stand alone.

This program is designed for everyone! Welcome to experienced skiers or those who have never been on skis.

Personal and Group Fitness Training

Personal and or group training with on the floor coaching sessions. Indoor and outdoor options available.

Program Design


Program design includes an intital assessment, to set out goals, discuss current abilities, what you have available for recources and expectations. From there the coach will design a personalized program for you to follow on your own. Contact me for a consultation.
