  • 5 weeks of indoor and outdoor fitness training. Indoor training focused on resistance training, building strength. Outdoor training uses minimal equipment, body weight, balance and aerobic focused. Great for those of you who have just finished a ski season and want to keep the fitness going, or for those who want to prep for summer adventures.
  • Suitable for all abilities. The workouts can be adjusted as need be to suit you at your current abilities.

Schedule: Starting March 31st - April 30th, 2025. Monday sessions 10am - 11am indoor training at Elevate YYC. Wednesday sessions 10am - 11am, outdoor training at West Confed park.

Training sessions will be held outdoors at West Confed park and indoor at Elevate YYC 640 42 Ave NE #1, Calgary, AB T2E 7J9
