Small Group Resistance Training Series September 18th – October 25th

A membership that allows you access 3 days of training per week. Programming for the days are provided along with coaching and guidance as you work through the training session for the day. Come into the gym between 9am – 12pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Train in a great facility that promotes community and accountability. The training will start with a warm up, some mobility and move to strength and balance work. Training will be programmed on 6 week cycles and continue to change series to series. Movements and the training can be adjusted to suit individuals needs and goals.

Next cycle starts September 18th 2024

This program is appropriate for everyone, kids to adults, new to training or experienced participants. Those looking to increase or maintain strength and redefine what it means to age well and live a large life. The program aims to counteract the degenerative effects of aging through resistance training, helping individuals maintain and increase muscle mass, mobility and improve overall fitness.

Access to coached sessions will be on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am – 12pm  Training sessions will be held in doors at Elevate located at #1-640 42 Ave NE – Calgary, AB.
