Strength and Conditioning Group Training


An add on to the 6 month cross country ski program or a stand alone option. The program is designed for those who would like extra weight training and conditioning days to build strength and power to enhance your cross-country skiing or can be used as general fitness training to develop your health and wellness.

Starting December 4th 2023 to May 24th 2024, Monday (20:00 – 21:00) and Friday (18:30 – 19:30) nights every other week. Training sessions will be held in doors at Bedrock located at #1-640 42 Ave NE – Calgary, AB.

February 12th and 16th 2024
February 26th and March 1st 2024
March 11th and 15th 2024
March 25th and 29th 2024

April 22nd and 26th 2024
May 6th and 10th 2024
May 20th and 24th 2024

Price includes 26 x 60 min coached group training sessions.
