Spring Dryland Training Wednesday Evenings


Outdoor fitness training to get you ready to go to the woods. Whether you want to keep your fitness up after a great ski season, are trying to get ready for the upcoming summer adventures or just looking for a group of like minded people to train with outside.

  • Once a week for 5 weeks of outdoor fitness training. Minimal equipment, body weight, strength, balance and aerobic focused. Great for those of you who have just finished a ski season and want to keep the fitness going, or for those who want to prep for summer adventures.
  • Suitable for all abilities. The workouts can be adjusted as need be to suit you at your current abilities.

Schedule: Starting May 1st - May 29th, 1 hour sessions once per week. From 630pm - 730pm.

Training sessions will be held outdoors at a local park. Exact location to be determined on a weekly basis.
